Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Jabberjacks Activity Classes. Please read the following terms and conditions under which we offer our services. By making a booking or using any of our services you agree to accept and abide by these terms.

Attendance

To secure your place at the class, full payment which is non-refundable, needs to be made before the start of term. Should a payment be returned then an administration fee of £10 will be added to the total cost to cover any additional charges incurred by the bank.

If you are unable to attend one of your regular classes you may make up the missed class by attending any of our other classes delivered by the same Class Leader subject to prior agreement. This should be during the current term you have paid for and may not be carried over to subsequent terms. We are unable to give refunds for, or carry over to a future booking, class sessions that you do not attend.

In the unfortunate event of Jabberjacks having to cancel a class at the last minute, due to illness or accident, a refund will be given or a free class will be provided during the following term.

Where the cancellation of a physical class is due to factors beyond our control, such as but not limited to COVID-19 restrictions e.g. local lockdowns or requirement for isolation, we reserve the right to substitute the face to face sessions with online classes and in these instances no refund or carrying over of sessions will be provided.

Our activity classes will take place in a local venue and our online classes will take place using Zoom. For Zoom sessions, only participants who have a registered account with Zoom and have paid for the class in advance will be admitted. We will allow 5 minutes to admit participants into the online class and late admittance will not be allowed, as once the class has started the online room will be locked.
